Exhibit Q EXHIBIT A SITUATED in Lane County, State of Oregon in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35 in Township 16 South, Range 4 West of the Willamette Meridian and described as follows: BEING all of the lands that were conveyed to David W. Newell and Kimberlee Newell by that certain Warranty Deed recorded October 5, 2001 at Recorder's Number 2001-066002 in the Official Records of Lane County, State of Oregon, the perimeter boundary of said lands being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the East line of the James Watson Donation Land Claim No. 41, Township 16 South, Range 4 West of the Willamette Meridian distant South 000 48' 06" West 571.83 feet from the Northeast comer of said claim; said POINT OF BEGINNING being the INITIAL POINT ofthe lands described herein; THENCE, leaving said POINT OF BEGINNING and along the south line of said lands conveyed to Newell, NORTH 890 03' 17" WEST 451.07 FEET to the centerline of Spring Creek; THENCE along said centerline of Spring creek the following seven courses: NORTH 170 21' 00" EAST 52.20 FEET, NORTH 11024153" EAST 97.01 FEET, NORTH 24036' 14" EAST 63.55 FEET, NORTH 41 0 56'06" EAST 132.89 FEET, NORTH 190 42'59" EAST 67.84 FEET, NORTH 23042' 07" EAST 45.52 FEET, and NORTH 40046' 12" EAST 23.02 FEET more or less to a point on the southwest margin of Beacon Drive (County Road No. 577); THENCE along said southwest margin the following two courses: SOUTH 11 0 59' 0 I" EAST 96.44 FEET and SOUTH 650 59' 0 I" EAST 258.16 FEET to a point on the west margin of Sed on a Drive (a 60.00-foot wide right-of-way) as said margin is common with the east line of said Claim No. 41; and THENCE along said west margin of Sed on a Drive SOUTH 00048' 06" WEST 242.24 FEET more or less RETURNING to the POINT OF BEGINNING (Initial Point) and CONTAINING (2.7 ACRES) more or less.
