<br />City's Role in Parking <br /> <br />The City of Eugene would buy, own and operate 455 public parking spaces to satisfy the <br />demand for retail parking and to provide additional parking for residents. <br /> <br />Estimated Value of Completed Project <br /> <br />The estimated value of the completed project is $165,000,000, including the value of the <br />city owned parking. <br /> <br />Opus Northwest Resume <br /> <br />The Opus Group was founded by Gerald Rauenhorst in 1953 in an effort to find a <br />better way to do business.
