Delays in modifying the SDC may result in delay of needed <br />improvements to the regional wastewater facilities. <br /> <br />OPTIONS <br />The options available to the council include the following: <br />1. Affirm the proposed resolutions and direct the City Manager to proceed with the scheduled public <br /> hearing; or, <br />2.
