t <br />r <br />w <br />la <br />~.,~ ORDINANCE NQ. 193G0 <br />AN ORDINA~YCE REASSESSING PARCELS DF REAL <br />PROPERTY ~~ITBIN EUGENE' S PARK PLACE SUBDIVISION <br />FGR SANITARY SEATERS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />Grdinance No. 1926 passed by the Council and approved <br />by the Mayor on July 23, 1984 levied assessments against the <br />parcels of real property described therein for construction <br />of sanitary sewers to serve the area between Centennial Boulevard <br />and 200 feet south of Barden Street from 3000 feet west of <br />Lindley Lane to Lindley Lane. <br />Cn the ~2th day of ~u ust , 1985, by Resolution No. 3g39 , <br />the Council declared its doubt as to the validity of the assessments <br />levied therein for the improvements in the proposed Eugene's <br />Park Place Subdivision and declared its intent to reassess those <br />properties. <br />4n the 29th day of Au ust 1985, the approved final <br />plat for Eugene's Park Place Subdivision was filed with Lane <br />County's recording officer . <br />Monday, the 1th day of October, 1985, at 7:30 p.m. Pacific <br />Daylight Time in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, GrPgon, <br />was established as the date, time and place for a public hearing <br />on the proposed reaSSPSSInent, and notice thereof was published <br />in the Eugene Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation <br />within the City for four successive weeks prior to the date <br />of the hearing . Notice of the hearing and the proposed reassessments <br />was also forwarded by mail to the owners and reputed owners <br />1 -- Ordinance <br />
