EXgIBIT 'A' <br />Those portions of the streets and alleys in and adjacent <br />to Block 10 of the original plat of Eugene City as <br />recorded at Page 2 of Docket A, Lane County oregon <br />Records, described as follows: .. <br />Parcel 1: That portion of Mill Street lying between <br />the South margin of East 4th Avenue and the South line <br />of the East-West alley extended. <br />Parcel 2: The entire East-West alley lying between the <br />East margin of High Street and the West margin of Mill <br />Street. <br />Parcel 3: The North-South alley lying between the <br />South line of the East~West alley and the North line of <br />East 5th Avenue , <br />Parcel 4: That portion of East 5th Avenue lying East <br />of Southern Pacific Railroad and terminating at a point <br />51.4 feet East of the East margin of the North--South alley. <br />RESBRVING HBREIN an easement for public utility purposes <br />upon and across all the above described parcels, and <br />the right +to enter thereupon for purposes of construction, <br />installata.on, maintenance and repairs. <br />City of Eugene/EWEB, Sv 85-~} <br />
