l~G5S An ordinance Declaring Previously 11-27-7Z <br />Exempted Property *~lithin the <br />Boundaries of the Tenth and oak <br />overpark Off Street Parking <br />Structure to be Benefitted Property; <br />Declaring Assessments Thereon; <br />Directing an Entry of Such Assess- <br />ments in the Docket of City Liens; <br />and Declaring An Emergency. <br />18087 An ordinance Declaring Previously 11~-z8-77 <br />Exempted Property ~i~ithin the <br />Boundaries of the Tenth and Oak <br />Assessment District to be <br />Benefitted Property; Levying <br />Assessments Thereon, Directing <br />Entry of the Assessments in the <br />Docket of City Liens; and Declaring <br />an Emergency. <br />Section 3. That it is hereby determined that the original <br />assessment for each lot, part of lot and parcel of land previously <br />levied is hereby adjusted by reducing the principal amount as <br />shown next to the description of each lot, part of lot or parcel <br />of land on the attached Exhibit A which is incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />Section 4. That the City Council does hereby determine that <br />each lot, part of lot or parcel of land is specially benefitted .. <br />to the extent of the total of the original assessments less the <br />adjustment set forth in Section 3 and the deficit assessments, <br />and does hereby declare each and all of said assessments which <br />remain unpaid after this adjustment to continue as liens upon the <br />respective lots, parts of lots or parcels of land, to be collect- <br />ed as required in the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Section 5. Any excess principal paid on each original <br />assessment after the reconstruction of the original assessment <br />account by the application on an annual basis of excess net <br />6 -- Ordinance <br />
