ORDINANCE NQ. 19312 <br />AN ORDINANCE ELECTING TO RECEI~JE STATE REVENUE SHARING <br />FUNDS PURSUANT TO OREGON REVISED STATUTES ~221.770~ <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO~IS: <br />Section 1. The City of Eugene,•Oregon, for the fiscal year endin <br />June 3Q, 1987 elects to receive distribu g <br />.tan of funds from State Revenue <br />Sharing pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes X221.114 . <br />Section 2, The Finance Director is hereby directed to file a co of <br />this Ordinance with the Executive De ar py <br />p tment of the State of Oregon as <br />prescribed by Oregan Revised Statutes, therefore <br />Section 3.
