ORDINANCE ND.193S1 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FDR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1985, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1986; and DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY DF EUGENE ODES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />for the year beginning July 1, 1985, and ending June 3D, 1986, as set forth <br />in Section ~ below, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
