1d. The Lane Caunty, Springfield and Eugene Planning Commissions adopted <br />recommendations to their respective governing bathes concerning the <br />prapased amendments to the Metropolitan Plan on November 12, November 6, <br />and November 25, respectively. <br />11. The governing .bodies of Lane County, Springfield and Eugene held a joint <br />public hearing an December 3, 1986 regarding the planning commissions' <br />recommendations on the proposed amendments to the Metropolitan P1 an . <br />12. The Department of Land Conservation and Development presented the <br />Metropolitan Area wi th a Past Acknowledgment review report on the proposed <br />amendments to the Metrapol i tan P1 an on December 19, 1985. <br />13. The governing bodies of Lane County, Springfield and Eugene took initial <br />action an the proposed amendments to the Metropolitan Plan on March 11, <br />January 6 and January 8, respectively. The eight propased amendments which <br />did not recei ve a consensus vote by~. the governing bodies were sent back to <br />the MPC far the formulation of a consensus position . <br />14. The Metropolitan Policy Committee forwarded a compromise recommendation on <br />the eight non consensus amendments to the governing bodies of Lane Caunty, <br />Springfield and Eugene on March 25, 1985. <br />15: The governing bodies of Lane County, Springfield and Eugene took final and <br />unan i maus action on the proposed amendments to the Metropolitan Plan on May <br />14, May 5 and Apri 1 23, respectively. <br />16. Exhibit "A" to this Grdinance, which contains, in legislative format, the <br />revisions to the Metropolitan Plan, is incorported herein as though fully <br />set Earth. <br />1?. Findings i n support of the revisions to the Metrapo1 i tan P1 an, as contained <br />i n Exhibit "A" to this Grdinance, are contained i n Exhibit "B" , Cumulative <br />Impact Analysis; Exhibit "C", Statewide Goal Findings; Exhibit "D", <br />Findings Supporting Diagram Amendment Denials; Exhibit "E", Additional <br />Findings For MPC' s Plan Review Report Val ume 1; Exhibit "F" , MPC' s P1 an <br />Review Report Vol ume 1; and Exhibit "G" , MPC' s Plan Review Report Val ume 2. <br />These exhibits are also i ncorparated herein as though fully set forth. <br />NOVA, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOV~S: <br />Section 1. The Metropolitan Plan i s amended according to the 1 anguage contained <br />in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference. <br />2- Ordinance ~ <br />
