<br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING DOG LICENSE FEES; AMENDING
<br />SECTION 4,375 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1911; AND DECLARING
<br />AN EMERGENCY,
<br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />Section 1, Subsection 2 of Section 4, 375 of the Eugene Code, 197x, i s
<br />amended to read and provide:
<br />4,375 Licenses, Fees and Exceptions.
<br />~~} The dog license fee which is due and payable upon the issuance
<br />of a license, and the other fees required to be paid under the provisions of
<br />this Code shat 1 be as follows:
<br />Dog License Fee - Unneutered Fee ....................$10,00
<br />Dog License Fee -Neutered Fee,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 5.00
<br />Dog License Fee - Owners 65 years of age or older... 5.00
<br />Duplica to License ................................... 2.00
<br />Impoundment ........................................ ~O.OO
<br />Daily Care per day maximum,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 3.50
<br />Watchdog Permits ................................... 10.00
<br />Section ~. That the matters contained herein concern the public welfare
<br />and safety, and i n order to insure the orderly implementation of the fees
<br />provided for herein, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordi-
<br />nance shat 1 become effective immediately upon its passage by the City Counci 1
<br />and approval by the Mayor.
