ORDINANCE N0.19394 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCER~dING ASSESSMENT OF REAL PROPERTY; <br />AND AMENDING SECTION 9.040 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1911. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1, Subsection ~3 ~ ~ a~ ~, c, of Section 9.040 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is amended to read and provide: <br />9.040 Mayor Partition Map and Subdivision Plat Procedure, <br />~ 3 ~ Major Partition Map and Subdivision Plat -Planning Director <br />Decision. <br />~ a~ <br />1. Either: <br />c.
