Modify the first sentence in the first paragraph on page 5 under Sub- <br />Zone 1 A -Meadows by deleting phrase "constituting the greatest area of <br />the park", <br />a v. <br />c <br />~'. Under the heading "Specific Criteria for Opportunity Area": <br /> a} madif y no. 6 to read: "The developer of a project must provide <br /> bonding on other financial guaranty to protect the County and City <br /> from financial adverse impacts." <br /> b} add a new criteria no. 7: nAll uses proposed for the opportunity <br /> area shall be in compliance with zoning and the Metropolitan Plan. <br /> .
