<br />board members shall consist of: a licensed prafessional engineer,
<br />architect, building contractor or superintendent of building con-
<br />struct~on, electrical contractor, journeyman supervising electri-
<br />cian, plumbing contractor, journeyman plumber, mechanical cheating
<br />and ventilation} contractor, and journeyman heating, ventilation or
<br />air conditioning installer. The building official and the fire
<br />chief, or designees, shall be ex officio members of the board.

<br />code appeals shall consist of a licensed professional engi-

<br />building construction, and any two members--from the six re-
<br />maining members. Three members of the five members shall
<br />constitute a quorum, one of whom shall be an architect or
<br />licensed engineer.
