ORDINANCE N0. ~ ~1~ ~7 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, I986, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, I987; and DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget far the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />far the,year beginning July I, I986, and ending June 30, I987, as set forth <br />~n Section 2 below, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
