ORDINANCE NO, <br />AN ORDNANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR sanitary and storm sewers i n Nixon Street from 24th Avenue <br />to 25th Avenue <br />in. the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />RECITALS: <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. 39__ 23 , adopted <br />19 85, determine to construct sanitary and storm sewers in Nixon~Street from 24th Avenue to <br />25th Avenue <br />The ~ity Council authorised the execution of a contract for. the construction of the local <br />improvements an ~ 19~,~.~ <br />The estir~ated cost thereof is ascertained, and the initial amount to be assessed in accordance <br />with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971 has been determined to be: <br />Item 1.
