ORDINANCE N0. ~ q 4 ag AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR PAVING, SANITARY SEWERS, STORM SEWERS, AND SIDEWALKS ON NORTH SIDE OF WEST 11TH AVENUE FROM TYINN STREET TO SENECA ROAD; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 19336, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: On June 24, 1985, there was passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor, Ordinance No. 1933b, levying an estimated assessment against the properties listed on the Assessment Ro11 attached thereto for paving, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and sidewalks on north side of West 11th Avenue from Tyinn Street to Seneca Raad. Final costs of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the provisisons of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Gode, 1971, the assessment roll attached to Ordinance No, 1933b should be amended to reflect the reduced assessments far the assessment accounts. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7'.240 of the Eugene Code, 1971, Ordinance No, 1933b passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor on June 24, 1985, is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Roll attached hereto to reflect the reduced assessments for the remaining accounts listed thereon. Section 2. The finance officer is directed to make the above corrections to the docket of city liens and to send a corrected notice of assessment to the property owners set forth in Section 1 above. Section 3, Except as herein specifically amended, all other provisions of Ordinance No. 1933b and the assessments provided for therein remain in full farce and effect. Section 4. It is necessary that the above corrections be made as sawn as possible, and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
