ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORD"NANCE LEVYI"iG ASSESSMENTS FOR sanitary sewer from East Bank Trunk north to <br />Centennial Boulevard to serve Tax Lats 17-03-29-30-02600, 17-03-29-40-301, 1'00, <br />800, 900 and 1000, and in Centennial Boulevard from 350 feet east of Centennial <br />Loop to 4500 feet east of Centennial Loap <br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />RECITALS: <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. 3692 ,adopted June 30 <br />19 82, determine to construct sanitary sewer from East Bank north to Centennial <br />Boulevard to serve Tax Lats 17-03-29-30-02600, 17-03-29-40-301, 100, 800, 900 <br />and 1000, and in Centennial Boulevard from 350 feet east of Centennial Loop to <br />4500 feet east of Centennial Loap <br />The pity Council authorized the execution of a contract for the construction of the local <br />improvements on Eebruar 28 , 19 8,~..; <br />The estimated cost thereof is ascertained, and the initial amount to be assessed in accordance <br />with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, 1911 has been determined to be: . <br />Item 1.
