ORDINANCE NO, ,, <br />~: <br />AN ORDNANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR paving, sidewalks and storm sewer in Division Avenue, <br />from River Raad to 1500 feet east; paving and sidewalks in River Road from Division <br />Avenue to 600 feet~narth; and sanitary sewer and storm sewers to serve the area between <br />River Raad and Ross Lane and between Beltine Rnad and .1200 feet north of Beltline Raad <br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />RECITALS: <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution Na. , 3 82 0 , adopted D , <br />l9 83, determine to pave streets and construct sidewalks and storm sewers in Division Avenue <br />from River Raad to 1500 east; pave streets and construct sidewalks i~n River Road fram <br />Division Avenge to 600 feet earth; and construct sanitary and storm sewers to serve <br />the area between River Road and Ross lane, and between Beltline Road and 1200 feet <br />north of Beltline Road. <br />The ~~ity Council authorized the execution of a contract for the construction of the local <br />improvements on March 12 , 19 84 ; <br />The estimated cost thereof is ascertained, and the initial amount to be assessed in accordance <br />with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, 191 has been determined to be: <br />Item 1.
