I`14 a3~ AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWERS ON BAILEY HILL ROAD FROM 950 FEET SOUTH OF WEST 11TH AVENUE TO 1200 FEET SOUTH OF WEST 11TH AVENUE; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 19351, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: On September 12, 1985, there was passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor, Ordinance No. 19351, levying an estimated assessment against the properties listed on the Assessment Roll attached thereto far sanitary sewers on Bailey Hill Road from 950 feet south of West 11th Avenue to 1200 feet south of West 11th Avenue. Final casts of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the provisisons of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the assessment roll attached to Ordinance No. 19351. should be amended to reflect the reduced assessments for the assessment accounts. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Code, 1971, Ordinance No. 19351 passed by the Council and approved by the r~ayor on September 12, 1985, is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Roll attached hereto to reflect the reduced assessments fox the remaining accounts listed thereon. Section 2. The finance officer is directed to make the above corrections to the docket of city liens and to send a coxxected notice of assessment to the property owners set forth in Section 1 above. Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other provisions of Ordinance No. 19351 and the assessments provided for therein remain in full force and effect. Section 4, It is necessary that the above corrections be made as soon as possible, and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
