ORDINANCE NO. I 3 ~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADAPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FDR THE CITY DF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1986, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1987; and DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY DF EUGENE ODES ORDAIN AS FOLLOW5: <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />for the year beginning July 1, 1986, and ending June 30, 19$l, as set forth <br />in Section 2 below, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
