ORDINANCE N0. ~ ~ 4 3 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWERS TO SERVE EUGENE'S PARK PLACE SUBDIVISION; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 193b0, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: On October 14, 1985, there was passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor, Ordinance No. 193b0, levying an estimated assessment against the properties listed on the Assessment Roll attached thereto for sanitary sewers to serve Eugene's Park Place Subdivision. Final costs of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the pravisisons of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the assessment roll attached to Ordinance No. 19360 should be amended to reflect the reduced assessments far the assessment accounts. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.2+0 of the Eugene Code, 1971, Ordinance No. 19360 passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor on October 1~+, 1985, is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Roll attached hereto to reflect the reduced assessments for the remaining accounts listed thereon. Section 2. The finance officer is directed to make the above corrections to the docket of city liens and to send a corrected notice of assessment to the property owners set forth in Section 1 above. Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other provisions of Ordinance No. 19360 and the assessments provided for therein remain in full force and effect. Section 4. It is necessary that the above corrections be made as soap as passible, and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared tp exist, and this Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
