ORDTNANCE N0. ~ ~ ~~ ~' <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNTNG ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWERS ON FERRY STREET <br />FROM 18TH AVENUE TO 150 FEET NORTH OF 18TH AVENUE; A~~ENDTNG ORDTNANCE <br />N0. 19367, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />On November 25, 1985, there was passed by the Council and approved by the <br />Mayor, Ordinance No. 19367, levying an estimated assessment against the <br />properties listed on the Assessment Roll attached thereto fox sanitary sewers on <br />Ferry Street from 18th Avenue to 150 feet north of 18th Avenue. <br />Final costs of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the <br />provisisons of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the assessment roll <br />attached to Ordinance No. 19367 should be amended to reflect the reduced <br />assessments far the assessment accounts. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDATN AS FOLLOWS; <br />Section ~.. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Cade, <br />1971, Ordinance No. 19367 passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor on <br />November 25, 1985, is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Ro11 attached <br />hereto to reflect the reduced assessments fax the remaining accounts listed <br />thereon. <br />Section 2. The finance officer is directed to make the above corrections to <br />the docket of city liens and to send a corrected notice of assessment to the <br />property owners set forth in Section 1 above. <br />Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 19367 and the assessments provided far therein remain in full farce <br />and effect. <br />Section 4.
