The City of Eugene, Dregon, for the fiscal ear endin <br />June 30 1958 elects to ~ y g <br />s receive d~str~butTOn of funds from State Revenue <br />Sharing pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.770, <br />Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby directed to file a co of <br />this Ord~~nance with the Executive py <br />Department of the State of Oregon as <br />prescribed by Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.110. <br />Section,,.3.
