ORDINANCE No. ~ 9448 An Ordinance vacating the following described alley, to-wit: The east-west alley located in Block 2 of Shaw's Second Addition or Shaw and Patterson's Addition to Eugene City know called Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, as platted and recorded at Page 364 of Volume G, Lane County Oregon Deed Records, in Lane County, Oregon. Sacred Heart, AV 86-1~ On the 12th day of January, 198?, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 19446 setting a hearing to be held at 7 : 30 p, m. , Pac.i f is Standard Time on the 23rd day of Febr u- ary, 1x87, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described alley. Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting the alley to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FQLLOWS: Section 1. The City Coune i1 of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by law required and no valid objections have been made at the hearing ar filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting property has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and the public interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the alley. Section 2. The hearing was held an the 23rd day of Febru- ary, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. , Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters Ordinance ~- 1
