Section 1. <br />Notwithstanding the above findings and the Report and Recommendation of <br />the Executive Director of the Planning and Development Department attached as Exhibit B, the <br />City Council denies the application of W&G Development Co. for an ad valorem property tax <br />exemption under the City’s Multiple-Unit Property Tax Exemption Program for the residential <br />th <br />units to be constructed at 10 Avenue and Charnelton Street, Eugene, Oregon, and more <br />particularly described in the legal description attached as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> The City Manager, or the Manager’s designee, is requested to forward a <br />copy of this Resolution to the applicant within ten days. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. <br /> <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted the ____ day of ___________, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> City Recorder <br />00217953.DOC <br />Resolution – Page 2 of 2 <br />
