These fats are located on the east <br />side of North Polk Avenue south of the existing bike edestri an <br />IP <br />easement. <br />The following text is added to the MU Mixed Use Area descri tion on <br />pa a 20 of the Whiteaker p <br />9 Refinement P1 an ; <br />The City shall recognize the bike path as the northern boundar <br />of the Mixed Use Area y <br />along Palk Avenue, <br />If the Chef Francisco property is the sub'ect of are <br />~ quest for <br />rezon ~ ng, the C, ty shal l cansi der the application of site review. <br />Site review criteria to consider shall include: <br />1. Compatibility, including lighting, with the <br />surroundings, particularly the abutting residential areas. <br />Z. Safe and efficient ingress and egress includin <br />s ecial attention to ch' g <br />p ~ldren s use of the bike path. <br />--~ 3.
