<br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. /9'y~3 <br />An ordinance vacating the following described pedestrian <br />right-of-way, to-wit: <br />The pedestrian right-of-way located East of <br />. Solar Heights Street, West of Willamette <br />Street, and North of 52nd Avenue, Solar <br />Heights PUD in Eugene, Lane County, aregon. <br />White, SV 87-1~ . <br />On the 11th day of March, 1987, the City Council of the Cit <br />Y <br />of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 19455 setting a hearing to be held <br />at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time on the 13th day of April, 1987, at the <br />Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, at which time and <br />place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed <br />vacation of the above described pedestrian right-of-way. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at <br />said time and place the Council heard all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting the pedestrian right-of- <br />way to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for <br />the same. <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that <br />due and regular notice of the hearing was published and osted as <br />p <br />by law required and na valid objections have been made at the <br />hearing ar filed. The consent of the owners of the abuttin <br />g <br />property has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and <br />the public interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the <br />pedestrian right-of-way. <br />Section_ 2,.
