ORDINANCE N0. ~~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ZONING REGULATIONS; AMEND- <br />ING SECTIONS 9.384 AND 9.386 OF THE El1GENE CODE, <br />1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 9.384 of the Eugene Code, 1911, is amended b addin <br />Y 9 <br />the following in alphabetical order therein: <br />9.384 <br />RA R1 R2 R3 R4 <br />Community Theaters Std 30} ............. Section 9;356 of the Eugene Code, 1911, is amended b addin <br />Y 9 <br />a new Standard 30 thereto, to read and provide: <br />9.38fi S ecial Standards For Certain Uses In Residentia] Districts. <br />X30} Cammunit Theaters: <br />~a} Must be operated by anon-profit entity; <br />fib} Must be in existence on April ~1, 1981 and located on <br />property zoned residentially; and <br />~c} The primary use is to stage live theatrical erfarmances. <br />P <br />Section~3.
