ORDINANCE N0. IQ ~ ~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR PAVING AND SANITARY <br />SEWERS ON ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD FROM BERTELSEN ROAD TO MAPLE <br />STREET; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 19296, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />On November 19, 19$4, there was passed by the Council and approved by the <br />Mayor, Ordinance No. 19296, levying an estimated assessment against the <br />properties listed on the Assessment Ro11 attached thereto for paving and <br />sanitary sewers on Roosevelt Boulevard from Bertelsen Road to Maple Street. <br />Final costs of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Sectian.7.240 of the Eugene Cade, 1971,, the assessment roll <br />attached to Ordinance Na. 19296 should be amended to reflect the reduced <br />assessments far the assessment accounts. <br />THE CrTY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1.240 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, Ordinance No. 19296 passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor <br />on November 19, 1984, is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Roll <br />attached hereto to reflect the reduced assessments for the remaining accounts <br />listed thereon. <br />Section 2. The finance officer is directed to make the above corrections <br />to the docket of city liens and to send a corrected notice of assessment to the <br />property owners set Earth in Section ~. above. <br />Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 19296 and the assessments provided for therein remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />Section 4.
