Tax Lot 5300, Assessor's Map 17-04-11-13, and rights-of-way of <br />Ava Street and West Myoak Drive, located in the Santa Clara <br />region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, west of River <br />Road, north of Myoak Drive, east of Ava Street, and more <br />particularly described on Exhibit 20 attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. The City <br />desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume <br />proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. <br /> <br />U. <br /> The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order <br />No. 1256, approved June 2, 2005, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following <br />described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 18, 2005: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 3700, Assessor's Map 17-04-03-33, located in the Santa <br />Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, west of <br />River Road, south of Irvington Drive, west of the Northwest <br />Expressway, and more particularly described on Exhibit 21 <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City <br />desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume <br />proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. <br /> <br />V. <br /> The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order <br />No. 1262, approved August 4, 2005, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following <br />described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 19, 2005: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 3500, Assessor's Map 17-04-01-33, located in the Santa <br />Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, east of <br />River Road, north of Wilkes Drive, west of Banner Street, east of <br />River Crest Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit 22 <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
