Tax Lots 3600, 3700, 3800, Assessor's Map 17-04-14-23, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, east of Northwest Expressway, south of Bushnell Lane E., north of Maxwell Road, on the west side of Bushnell Lane, to be more particularly described on Exhibit 17 which will be attached to the Ordinance approving the withdrawal. (Fleck/Hanson) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. R. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1250, approved February 3, 2005, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective March 21, 2005: Tax Lot 800, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-44, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, east of River Road, north of Wilkes Drive, west of Scenic Drive, south of Greenwood Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit 18 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Meigs; C EU 05-03) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. S. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1252, approved April 7, 2005, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 23, 2005: Tax Lot 100, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-21, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, east of River Road, north of Spring Creek Drive, west of Spring Meadow, and more particularly described on Exhibit 19 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Wells; C EU 05-10) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. T. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1258, approved June 2, 2005, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 18, 2005: Resolution - 7
