Room 135
355 Capitol Street N.E.
Salem, OR 97301-3871

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is intended to provide support for the Eugene Airport's application to the
Oregon Transportation Commission to secure a Connect Oregon Grant to improve air
cargo/freight facilities at the Eugene Airport. Jet Delivery Services has cleared freight at
the Eugene Airport for a number of years and we are interested in creating options for
future growth and expansion of our operations.

Our company is focused on providing the Lane County region with delivery services that
result in the efficient movement of goods. We clearly understand the importance of good
inter-modal transportation systems and the need for appropriate infrastructure and
facilities at our airports.

. I

The Eugene Airport is a great asset to us as it provides convenient access to the air
transportation system and has connectivity. The airport also has great attributes with a
CAT ill ILS, unobstructed approaches, an Air Traffic Control Tower, and a well lit ramp.

Improvements to the taxiways and ramp, and the construction of a distribution facility
would add significant value to the system.

I
l
j

Thank you for your consideration of the Airport's proposal.

I
J

Pax Monstein

J
J
J
J

Terminal Manager
Jet Delivery Systems, Inc.
