ORDINANCE N0. ~ ~Iy <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SOLAR ACCESS REGULATIONS; AMENDING <br />THE SOLAR FACTOR TABLE APPENDED TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1911; REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 19507; AMENDING ORDI- <br />NANCE NOS. 19400, 19401, AND 19402; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Solar Factor Tables referred tO in provisions of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, and appended to Chapter 9 thereof, shall be written so as <br />to reflect the slope i n five percent ~ 5°/~~ gradations . <br />Section 2. Ordinance No. 19501, passed by the City Council and a roved <br />pp <br />by the Mayor an October 12, 1981, is repealed. <br />Section 3. Section 25 of Ordinance No. 19400, passed by the Council and <br />approved by the Mayor on August 13, 1986 is amended to read and rovide: <br />p <br />Section 25. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective <br />on December 1, 1987. <br />Section 4. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 19401, passed by the Council and <br />approved by the Mayor on August 13, 1986 is amended to read and rovide: <br />p <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective on December <br />1, 1987. Except as herein amended, all other provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 19329 remain in full force and effect, to which the City Recorder <br />is requested to append this Ordinance. <br />Sectian 5. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 19402 passed by the Council and <br />approved by the Mayor an August 13, 1986 is amended to read and provide: <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective on December <br />1, 1987. Except as herein amended, all other provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 18081 remain in full force and effect, to which the City Recorder <br />is directed to append this Ordinance. <br />Ordinance - 1 <br />
