I~ S~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE AUTHORITY AND PROCEDURE <br />FOR CALLING ADVISORY ELECTIONS ON QUESTIONS; ADDING <br />SECTION 2,999 TO THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 2.999 is added to the Eugene Code 1911 to read an <br />a d <br />provide: <br />2.999 Advisor Elections. <br />. ~1} Whenever the city council deems it necessary, it ma send a <br />question or ro osit~on to ~ ~ Y. <br />p, p the electors for their adv7ce.
