<br />ORDINANCE NO. 19544 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING DAY CARE FACILITIES AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 9.384, 9.386, AND 9.439 OF THE EUGENE CODE, <br />1911; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOI~S: <br />Section 1. The "Day Care Facilities" provision in the matrix set forth <br />in Section 9.384 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide: <br />9.384 Uses. The following reflects the uses permitted outright, condi- <br />tionally, or subject to standards or other requirements of this <br />code within the RA, R-1, R-2, R-3, and R-4 zoning districts: <br />P .............. Permitted outright. <br />C .............. Conditional use permit approval required. <br />P/C ............ Permitted ar conditional See related standard. <br />Std ....,....... Unless modified through the conditianal use permit <br />procedure, there must be at least 440 feet between day care <br />facilities of thirteen or mare persons. <br />4. Providers of day care service to three through twelve <br />persons in RA, R-1, and R-2 districts must reside in the <br />facility. <br />Section 3.
