ORDINANCE N0. 1q5~(~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ~.EVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />paving, storm sewers and sidewalks on Willakenzie Raad from 300 feet east of <br />Coburg Road to the east boundary of Willakenzie Schaol,~ and paving, curbs, <br />gutters and sidewalks on east side of Best ~.ane from 417 feet north of <br />Willakenzie Raad to 600 feet north of Willakenzie Road in the Gity of Eugene, <br />' lane county, Oregon. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />After considering the report, the Gity Council did by Resolution No. 4011, <br />adapted an the 27th day of October, 1986, order the local improvement consist- <br />ing of construction of paving, storm sewers and sidewalks in the vicinity of <br />Willakenzie Road from 300 feet east of Coburg Road to the east boundary of <br />Willakenzie School, and on east side of Best Lane from 477 feet north of <br />Willakenzie Road to 60o feet north of Willakenzie Road, be made and directed <br />the Gity Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the local improvement <br />and to call for bids on the construction contract. <br />After due notice and a public hearing thereon before the hearing official, <br />and no remonstrances having been filed, the City Council authorized the <br />execution of a contract for the construction of the local improvement nn the <br />13th day of July, 1987. <br />The actual cost thereof is ascertained, and the initial amount to be <br />assessed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, 1911 has <br />been determined to be: <br />(Items 1 to 24 from Page 1 of PW ardinance~ <br />ORDINANCE w 2 <br />~. <br />. ,. _. <br />. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~, ~ <br />
