The City, <br />____~ <br />from time to time and at any ti~me~~~~and ~ wi~thou~t the consent or <br />concurrence~of any Bondowners, may adopt a Supplemental <br />Ordinance: <br />~a~ for the purpose of providing for the issuance of <br />Additional Bonds or Subordinate obligations; <br />fib) to make any changes or modifications hereof or <br />amendments yr additions hereto or deletions herefrom which <br />may be required to permit this Ordinance to be qualified <br />under the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 of the United States of <br />America, as amended from time to time; and <br />~c~ if the provisions of such Supplemental Ordinance <br />shall not, in the sole judgment of the City, adversely affect <br />the rights of the Owners of the Bonds then Outstanding and <br />cif the Series 1988 Bonds are then Outstanding the City <br />obtains the prior written consent of BIG, for any one or more <br />of the following purposes: <br />8.1.0,1, to make any changes or corrections in the <br />Ordinance fvr.the purpose of curing or correcting any ambiguous, <br />defective or Inconsistent provisions, and any. omissions, mistakes <br />or manifest errors, or to insert such provisions clarifying <br />matters or questions arising under the ordinance as are necessary <br />or desirable; <br />8.1,0.2, to add additional covenants and agreements <br />of the City fvr the purpose of further securing the payment of <br />the Bonds; <br />8,1.0,3, to surrender any right, power or privilege <br />reserved to or conferred upon the City by the terms of this <br />Ordinance or any Supplemental ordinance; <br />8.1.0.4, to confirm as further assurance any lien, <br />pledge ar charge, or the subjection to any lien, pledge or <br />charge, created or to be created by the provision of this <br />ordinance or any Supplemental Ordinance; <br />8.1.0.5. to grant to or confer upon the owners of the <br />Bonds any additional rights, remedies, powers, authority or <br />security that lawfully may be granted to or conferred upon them, <br />or to grant to or confer upon the Trustee for the benefit of the <br />owners of the Bonds any additional rights, duties, remedies, <br />power or authority; <br />Page 51 - ordinance <br />
