<br />Tax Lot 200, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-42, located in the Santa <br />Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, east of <br />River Road, north of River Loop 2, west of Scenic Drive, east of <br />Shannon Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit 29 <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (G&R <br />Building Concepts; C ED 05-58) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City <br />desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume <br />proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. <br /> <br />DD. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission advised that, <br />pursuant to ORS 199.445 and ORS 199.490(1)(c) and (7), the annexation of the following <br />described real property to the City of Eugene, will be approved and effective on January 30, <br />2006: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 500, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-34, located in the Santa <br />Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, east of <br />River Road, north of Lone Oak Avenue, south of Hunsaker Lane <br />(the portion of Ross Lane included in the annexation area is the <br />east one-half of the right-of-way adjacent to Tax Lot 500), and <br />more particularly described on Exhibit 30 attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. (Anderson/Carlson/Ross Lane; <br />C ED 05-61) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City <br />desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume <br />proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council proposes that the territories bounded by the lines running as <br />follows which have been, or are expected to be, annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be <br />withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks and Recreation District: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 300, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-20 and a portion of Rosy <br />Turn right-of-way, located in the River Road region of north <br />Eugene, south of Beltline Road, west of River Road, west of Lake <br />Drive, north of Rosy Turn, and more particularly described on <br />Exhibit 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />(Knapp/Maederer/Rosy Turn; EC ED 05-15) <br /> <br />Resolution - 11 <br />
