<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: On Monday, February 27,2006, at 7:30 p.m. in the
<br />Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, a hearing will be held to hear any objections to
<br />the withdrawal of the following described territories contained in the special districts as noted
<br />which have been, or are expected to be, annexed to the City of Eugene:
