<br />RESOLUTION NO. 4857 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER <br />PROPOSED WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORIES FROM THE <br />RIVER ROAD WATER DISTRICT AND RIVER ROAD PARK <br />AND RECREATION DISTRICT AND FROM THE SANTA CLARA <br />WATER DISTRICT. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated <br />January 9, 2006, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following <br />described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 9,2005: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 300, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-20 and a portion of Rosy <br />Turn right-of-way, located in the River Road region of north <br />Eugene, south of Beltline Road, west of River Road, west of Lake <br />Drive, north of Rosy Turn, and more particularly described on <br />Exhibit 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />(Knapp/Maederer/Rosy Turn; EC ED 05-15) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River <br />Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn <br />from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts <br />so withdrawn. <br /> <br />B. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated <br />January 9, 2006, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following <br />described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 15, 2005: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 1100, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-20, located in the River <br />Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, west of <br />River Road, north of North Park Avenue, east of Rossmore <br />Avenue, west of Lake Drive, and more particularly described on <br />Exhibit 2 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />(Weiskind; EC ED 05-28) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River <br />Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn <br />from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts <br />so withdrawn. <br /> <br />C.
