That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. o. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission is expected to act on, and issue, a Notice advising that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property will be annexed to the City of Eugene, with an effective date prior to February 27, 2006: Tax Lot 4001, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-24, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, east of Northwest Expressway, south side of N. Park Avenue, to be more particularly described on Exhibit 15 which will be attached to the Ordinance approving the withdrawal.
