ORDINANCE N0. AN ORDINANCE LEV'lING ASSESSMENTS FOR paving and sanitary sewer on Roosevelt Boulevard from Bertelsen Road to Maple Street in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: After considering the report, the City Council did by Resolution No. 3843, adapted on the 14th day of March, 1984, order the l aca] improvement consisting of construction of paving and sanitary sewers an Roosevelt Boulevard from Berteltson Raad to Maple Street, be made and directed the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications far the local improvement and to call far bids an the construction contract. After due notice and a public hearing thereon before the hearing official, and no remonstrances having been filed, the City Council authorized the execution of a contract far the construction of the local improvement on the 11th day of July, 1984. The actual cost thereof i s ascertained, and the initial amount t0 be assessed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, 1911 has been determined to be: (Items 1 to 24 from Page 1 of Pw ordinance} The City Council has established the method of calculating local improve- , ment assessments in Sections 7,110 and 7.175 of the Eugene Code, 1911.
