<br />a. Modifications to a public facility project which are minor in nature and do <br />not significantly impact the project's general description, location, sizing, <br />capacity, or other general characteristic of the project; or <br /> <br />b. Technical and environmental modifications to a public facility which are <br />made pursuant to final engineering on a proj ect; or <br /> <br />c. Modifications to a public facility project which are made pursuant to <br />findings of an Environmental Assessment or Environmental Impact <br />Statement conducted under regulations implementing the procedural <br />provisions of the national Environmental Policy Act of 1969 or any <br />federal or State of Oregon agency project development regulations <br />consistent with that act and its regulations; or <br /> <br />d. Public facility projects included in the PFSP to serve land designated <br />Urban Reserve prior to the removal of the Urban Reserve designation, <br />which projects shall be removed from the PFSP at the time of the next <br />Periodic Review of the Metro Plan. <br /> <br />GA The cities and Lane County shall coordinate with EWEB, SUB, and special <br />service districts operating in the metropolitan area, to provide the opportunity to <br />review and comment on proposed public facilities, plans, programs, and public <br />improvement projects or changes thereto that may affect one another's area of <br />responsibility. <br /> <br />G.5 The cities shall continue joint planning coordination with major institutions, such <br />as universities and hospitals, due to their relatively large impact on local facilities <br />and services. <br /> <br />G.6 Efforts shall be made to reduce the number of unnecessary special service districts <br />and to revise confusing or illogical service boundaries, including those that result <br />in a duplication of effort or overlap of service. When possible, these efforts shall <br />be pursued in cooperation with the affected jurisdictions. <br /> <br />G.7 Service providers shall coordinate the provision of facilities and services to areas <br />targeted by the cities for higher densities, infill, mixed uses, and nodal <br />development. <br /> <br />G.8 The cities and county shall coordinate with cities surrounding the metropolitan <br />area to develop a growth management strategy.
