<br />Section 3. Except as amended herein, all other provisions of Ordinance No. 20325 and <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 20326, and the attachments thereto, remain in full force and effect, and the City <br /> <br />Recorder is requested to attach a copy of this ordinance to each. <br /> <br />Section 4. The Council specifically finds that in order for MWMC to proceed with <br /> <br />timely construction necessary to comply with state and federal discharge permit requirements <br /> <br />and achieve mandatory compliance with certain regulatory requirements by the year 2010, an <br /> <br />immediate effective date is necessary for this Ordinance and Ordinance Nos. 20325 and 20326 as <br /> <br />amended herein.
