ORDINANCE N0. l9.S-6~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET, MAKING <br />APPROPRIATIONS DETERMINING AND LEVYING THE <br />ANNUAL AD VALOREM PRDPERTY TAX FOR THE CITY <br />OF EUGENE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JULY 1, 1988, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1989; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1, That the budget far the City of Eugene, Oregon, for <br />the year commencing July 1, I988 and ending June 34, I989, as set <br />forth in Section 2 below, and the same is hereby adapted. <br />Section 2.
