ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1987, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1988; and DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget far the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />for the.year beginning July 1, 1987, and ending June 30, 1988, as set forth <br />~n Sect~an Z below, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
