ORDINANCE N0. 19578 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE STRUCTURAL SPECIALTY CODE; <br />AMENDING SECTION 8.010 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND <br />PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE ODES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subsection ~2}~d} of Section 8.010 of the Eugene Code, 1971 <br />a <br />is amended to provide: <br />8.010 Structural Specialt Code. <br />~2) <br />~d} Appendix Chapters 2, 11 and 23. <br />Section 2. Inclusion of Appendix Chapter 38 in the Structural S ecialt <br />p Y <br />Code shall apply to all structures far which permits are issued after the <br />effective date of this Ordinance. Adoption of this Ordinance shall not re- <br />lieve any existing structure from its existing obli ation to com ~ with <br />g py <br />Sections 8.190 and and 8.200 of the Eugene Code, 1911. <br />Section 3.
