ORDINANCE NO. ~~j~_ <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described alley, to~- <br />wit: <br />The eastern 160 feet of the east-west alley, <br />located between Lots 4 and 5, Bloc] 3, of <br />Mulligans Addition East, as platted and <br />recorded in Volume A, Page 123 of Lane County <br />Oregon Plat Records, in Lane County, Oregon. <br />RESERVING herein an easement on the above <br />described property for use for emergency <br />vehicles and for automobile access by the <br />general public. The easement reserved herein <br />shall not prevent building construction <br />overhead above a clearance of thirteen feet <br />six inches ~13~ 6"~. ~Selco Credit Union, AV <br />ss-1.~ <br />on the 26th day of September, 1988, the City Council of the <br />City of Eugene by Motion duly passed, called a public herein to <br />g <br />be held at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time on the ?th day of November, <br />1988, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at <br />which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as <br />to the proposed vacation of the above described alley. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at <br />said time and place the Council heard all objections tv the <br />proposed vacation. <br />All persons owning property abutting the alley to be vacated <br />have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FoLLUWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds <br />that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and <br />posted as by law required and nv valid objections have been made <br />at the hearing or filed. The consent of the owners of the <br />ordinance -- 1 <br />
