ORDINANCE N0. ~~j~~, <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1988, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1989; and DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget far the City of Eugene, Oregan, <br />for the,year beginning July 1, 1988, and ending June 30, I989, as set Earth <br />~n Section 2 below, is hereby adopted, <br />Section 2.
