' <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Sectian,,,,~,. Section 8.190 of the Eugene Code 1971 is ame <br />nded to read <br />and provide: <br />8.19o Uniform Fire Code -Ado tion. The cit hereb <br />. ~ y y adopts as its fire <br />prevention code, the 1985 edition of the Uniform Fire Code of the <br />International Conference of Building Officials and of the ' <br />Chiefs Associat' • Western Fire <br />. ion, subject to the additions, deletions and modifications <br />contained ~n section 8.200, and Appendices II-E Hazardous Mate ' <br />ment - ~ ~ r~als Manage- <br />Plan Hazardaus Materials Inventory Statement and vI-A <br />Mate ' ~ ~ ~ }~ Hazardous <br />r~als Class~f~cat~ons}, which are adopted and set forth im ' <br />fallowin secti med~ately <br />g on 8.025, Copies of the Uniform Fire Code, 19$5 Edition <br />shall be fled ~n tr~pl~cate in the office of the cit ' <br />y recorder, <br />Section 2.
